Return Policy

At Cedar Rapids Tire, we strive to provide a customer-friendly return policy. If you need to return or exchange an item, please call one of our representatives at 1-800-755-9929 to coordinate the return and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Some things you need to know:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of tire chains that do not fit. These must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt
• Warranty issues on all items sold by Cedar Rapids Tire are handled by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Cedar Rapids Tire will direct you to the appropriate manufacturer representative
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges cannot be refunded
• Items that are returned to us as “refused delivery – return to sender” will have the return shipping deducted from the refund amount
• Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Please allow 24-48 hours from the time the item is received for the credit to appear on your account
