Shipping Policy

We understand that timely shipping is of utmost importance to our customers. Since we are centrally located, we reach the east or west coast in a few days! We pride ourselves on FAST shipping. Plus, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $99 in the contiguous US!

Multi part orders may come from different warehouses and arrive at different times. We make every effort to provide, via email, those tracking numbers in a timely fashion after checkout. Due to email spam filters, the customer may not receive their tracking. In that case, we welcome delivery inquiries on our customer service line 1-800-755-9929, or submit our contact us form.

Shipping in the 48 Contiguous States

• “Standard Ground” shipping ranges from 2-7 business days (see map).
• “Priority Ground” shipping ranges from 1-4 business days for a nominal fee (see options at checkout) **During periods of high volume shipping, holiday rush, and extreme weather delays we cannot guarantee priority ground 1-4 day service.
• Expedited shipping is available. Call us for a quote, rates vary.
• Free “Standard Ground” shipping on orders of $99 or more for the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii residents will be contacted with the shipping rate.
• For orders less than $99, a $9.95 shipping charge will be added.

• Lightweight items may qualify for PO Box shipping.

International Shipping
