K58: With the loosened tread blocks of our all-weather tire and a tread structure tailored to each vehicle class, high drainage is achieved. The resulting excellent grip in both wet and dry conditions, secure straight-line stability, and outstanding cornering traction have been impressing our customers for over 15 years. Additionally, an above-average tread depth combined with a specially formulated compound ensures a long life use for the tires. Made in Germany.
K58 Mod: Heidenau often makes changes to tread profiles depending on the application. The K58 Mod is a modified version of the great K58 to better work with the medium sized scooters and small bikes such as Groms and Z125s that fit these sizes. The specific ribbing of the tread blocks on the K58 Mod serves as a starting aid for higher displacement scooters and significantly shortens the recommended break-in period. Made in Germany.

As described
Great so far. I mounted 3”x17 front and back on a 24 honda Trail. I got 4000 miles each on 2 rear factory tires so I will see how these last. They are heavier than stock tires.
