Where do you ship to?

We ship to the 48 Contiguous United States. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please call and we can work out shipping there as well. If you’re shipping internationally, please call and we will let you know our options for shipping. For details, see our shipping policy.

How do I return an order?

Please contact our customer service team to obtain an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) and the proper address to return the item(s). We have a 30-day return policy. For details, see our return policy.

How do I track my order?

You should have received an email with a tracking code and link. If not, visit our shipment tracking page or contact us and we’ll help you get your tracking information.

Can I pick up my order?

Sure! We’d love to see you! We are located at 4601 8th Avenue, Marion, Iowa 52302. If in Iowa, you can select “Pickup” at checkout instead of Shipping.
